Max graduated summa cum laude from ODU in 1975 with a degree in political science. He attended the Marshall-Wythe School of Law at the College of William and Mary and graduated in 1978. While attending law school Max was fortunate to intern at Bashara and Hubbard. Upon graduation from law school, Max worked as an associate at Bashara and Hubbard for six years. In 1984, Max made the move to go into solo practice. He moved in with Edgar T. Ramos, esquire in Virginia Beach where they practiced law together for over twenty years. Max no longer practices law in the Commonwealth of Virginia and does not have license to practice law from the Virginia State Bar. April L'Hoste

Office/Finance/Marketing Manager

April and her family are natives of the Tidewater area. As an accomplished equestrian, April is known in the community for her passion for helping animals, she spent many years raising and training horses, winning several state championships in the “hunter over fences” division and volunteering at local animal shelters.

In 2005, shortly after completing an internship with a local attorney and receiving Paralegal Certification in the Commonwealth of Virginia with a specialization in Criminal Defense April moved to Raleigh, NC to start her career in the banking industry as a teller. She quickly navigated through positions such as Teller Supervisor, Customer Service Representative and Technical Support.

In 2009, April started a new adventure in sales and marketing. She rapidly became the number one sales representative in the country on a business to business sales and marketing campaign for six consecutive months. Shortly thereafter, April was promoted to Corporate Trainer and Senior Account Executive, where she managed and coached a team of 30 sales representatives and traveled the country teaching sales and marketing techniques to entry level sales associates in a classroom setting.  Within a year, April was offered her very own Independent Sales Office in the Raleigh, NC area for a merchant service provider based out of California. With the help of her team of representatives, April managed a top producing sales office for several years.

In 2014, April had the opportunity to move back to Virginia to join forces with her mother, Missy L’Hoste of Keller Williams Elite Realty and Team L’Hoste Real Estate as the Marketing Manager. Shortly after spending time in the real estate business with her mother, April decided to start school to become a Realtor with Keller Williams Elite Realty and Team L’Hoste Real Estate in hopes to one day follow in her mother’s footsteps.

In 2015, April decided to join attorney John E. Zydron, co-founder and managing partner of Bennett and Zydron, P.C. in a part-time position to assist in the company’s accounting, serving as a bookkeeper during her pursuit of a real estate career.  Quickly, April fell in love with her opportunity within the law firm and became captivated by Mr. Zydron’s philosophies in business and on life, with a deep admiration for his patriotism and devotion to his country and community, impeccable work ethic, strong leadership skills, professionalism, patience, integrity, while helping both people and wildlife.

In 2016, Mr. Zydron founded The Zydron Law Firm, P.L.L.C.  and became Of Counsel to East Coast Trial Lawyers, PLC. Being one of the few individuals offered a position with the new firm, April is proud to have been selected to assist Mr. Zydron in his transition to The Zydron Law Firm, P.L.L.C. Naturally, April found her place within The Zydron Law Firm wearing many hats; assisting Mr. Zydron in managing his office on a day to day basis, handling the firms marketing by default, as well as managing the financials; all while continuing to sell real estate part-time.
